Woodcock Law and Notary Public will remain open during the new national lockdown announced on 4 January 2021. Our clients are important to us, and we continue to provide an essential service during this time.

If you need immigration advice or notary services, Woodcock Law will make every endeavour to assist you remotely, keeping the safety of our staff and clients as a top priority.

Please do not visit our offices – we will travel to you or organise a remote meeting where possible.

Notary Public Services

Woodcock Notary Public continues to provide simple, smooth and professional solutions for notary and legalisation requirements for your personal and business needs.

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in London is still open and the processing times remain unchanged, but we are seeing slight delays in the delivery of documentation. It currently takes about 10 working days to process your documents, plus courier or postage time. From experience, it may take slightly less time.

Priority services are still available, and we can offer our premium same day service for FCO Apostille Legalisation in London. We will need your documents before 9am on the day the process is due to take place. While every effort will be made to complete the despatch process on the same day, occasionally this is not feasible. In such cases, we will send scans of the Apostille to you, and despatch the next working day.

We offer a mobile appointment service and still cover London, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Nottinghamshire.

Immigration Services

Our solicitors at Woodcock Law continue to work on both personal and business immigration applications. It is an especially busy period for sponsor licence applications, and we recommend early planning for your recruitment of overseas nationals.
