Explore EU Visas (Including EEA and Swiss Nationals)

The UK offers visas aimed at allowing EU, EEA and Swiss citizens to live and work in the UK. If you fit one of these descriptions, it is likely that you will be able to access visas tailored for you.

Each of the visas have their own specific requirements and require you to match a certain description. You will find more information on each visa by following the links below but, should you have any questions, you can book a free consultation with us today.

While many UK visas require applicants to have a sponsor licence as part of their application, the visas listed here do not.

EU Settlement Scheme

The EU Settlement Scheme is for EU, EEA or Swiss citizens and their qualifying family members to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021. You can also apply if you’re the family member of an eligible person in Northern Ireland.

Frontier Worker Permit

A Frontier Worker permit allows citizens from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein to work in the UK while still living in their respective country. It was established to protect the jobs of nationals from these countries who had been working in the UK under freedom of movement before the UK left the EU.
