Competitive pricing

Woodcock Law prides itself on offering a professional, friendly premium service at reasonable prices.

We charge flexible fixed fees based on the type of immigration application required, the experience of the solicitor and the complexity of your specific case, which is why there is usually a range given in the pricing structure below.

Unless where otherwise stated, we provide the following service:

Full start-to-end advice and assistance on the application forms to be submitted
A full review of all documentary evidence
Assistance throughout the process and procedures of the application up until the point of Home Office decision
Once the Home Office decision has been made, further advice will be provided on the next steps

Rates

Hourly Rate – £350
An hourly rate for our services applies only where fixed fees do not.

Consultation

Immigration Solicitor
This option is best for complex cases requiring the expertise of our Principal Solicitor, Nathan Woodcock.

1 hour Consultation – £350
30 minutes Consultation – £230

Immigration Specialist
This option is suitable for more straightforward immigration cases.

1 hour Consultation – £180
30 minutes Consultation – £90

Quick Consultations (15 minutes)
This offers clients the opportunity to ask just one or two questions to our qualified legal experts.

Immigration solicitor: £90 for 15 mins
Immigration specialist: £60 for 15 mins

The above fees include VAT.

For your convenience, all immigration consultations will be taken via a video call.

VAT

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) of 20%.

VAT applies if you are based wihin the United Kingdom or European Union. Our VAT registration number is 368 7683 33.

If you are based outside of the United Kingdom or European Union, VAT will not be charged.
