Global Business Mobility Visa

The Global Business Mobility Visas were introduced in 2022. Some of them are brand new visas, while others replace previously existing ones. They were launched with the view to promote and facilitate businesses and entrepreneurs across the globe in extending their businesses into the UK.

A list of the visas included in the Global Mobility Visa group are listed below:

Applicants for the Global Business Mobility visas can be accompanied by family members; provided the family member meets the criteria. Further, all of the routes under the Global Business Mobility visa require sponsorship, which needs to be approved by the Home Office.

None of the Global Business Mobility visa routes lead to settlement in the UK. If this is something you wish to acquire in the long run, we can advise on how to secure it via other entrepreneurial routes.

If you are on one of the previously existing visas, such as the intra company transfer visa, you still have valid leave to remain. However, you won’t be able to extend your visa. We can advise you on switch options.
