Woodcock Law prides itself on offering a professional, friendly premium service at reasonable prices. 

We charge flexible fixed fees based on the type of immigration application required, the experience of the solicitor and the complexity of your specific case, which is why there is usually a range given in the pricing structure below.

Unless where otherwise stated, we provide the following service:

  • Full start to end advice and assistance on the application forms to be submitted
  • A full review of all documentary evidence
  • Assistance throughout the process and procedures of the application up until the point of Home Office decision
  • Once the Home Office decision has been made further advice will be provided on next steps.

Administrative Review

Woodcock Law & Notary Public can assist in challenging a Home Office decision where your application has been refused. 

The merits of the Administrative Review will be discussed with you at a consultation rate before any further costs are incurred. 

We will not advise with an Administrative Review if there are limited chances of success.

Please note that these prices are quoted without Value Added Tax (VAT) of 20%.

VAT will be applied to our fees if you are based within the UK or the European Union. Our VAT registration number is 368 7683 33.

If you are based outside of the United Kingdom or European Union, VAT will not be charged.
