If you are a Commonwealth citizen and want to live in the UK, you may already have the right to live here.
Switching visas has been easier since Brexit, and doing so could benefit workers and employers.
Before you take a child abroad, you need to get consent from their parents or legal guardians, or from a court. This is normally provided in the form of a letter.
If you take a child out of the country without the relevant permissions, you could be charged with child abduction.
