This weekend, Tier 4 lockdown was implemented in much of the South and South East of England as news broke about the rapid spread of the new variant of COVID-19.

Brexit and the new points-based immigration system that is set to begin on 1 January 2021 has had major implications in restricting free movement for EU Nationals who work in the UK, but live primarily in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein.
The UK government announced changes to the Immigration Rules on 22 October 2020, and the new points-based immigration system will soon be here.
