New reforms to the Global Talent Visa have fast-tracked the immigration route for prestigious award winners.
The deadline for the EU Settlement Scheme is fast approaching. The final date for applications is 30 June 2021, after which EU, EEA and Swiss citizens residing in the UK, who do not have or have not applied for Pre-settled or Settled Status, will be living in the UK unlawfully.
The Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) has launched a public consultation asking employers to share information about their usage of the Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) route versus the Skilled Worker route, as well as minimum skill and salary levels for the route.
